In order to provide on-demand remote support service, you must first download and install the Cypritech Remote Tool. Complete the following simple instructions only once you’ve been directed to this page by a support representative.

Note: Cypritech managed service customers are already supported by our remote support tool. There is no need to download this tool each time you call the help desk.

  1. Click the download button below to download the remote tool.

  2. Locate the downloaded remote tool setup file and launch/open it.
  3. If you’re prompted to open or run it, choose the option to run it.
  4. If you’re prompted to allow the application to make changes to your PC, please choose option to allow the administrative access and continue.
  5. Once these steps have been completed, installation will run for up to several minutes. The installation progress window will disappear to indicate the remote tool has been installed successfully. Please await further instructions from a support representative.
