When you experience or suspect a problem with your computer or network, you want and often need a quick resolution. We offer both remote and onsite service during business hours to help address the sudden problems with your IT systems. Typically, remote service can be provided same-day and on-site service can be scheduled same or next-day (during normal business hours).
We serve the southern areas of Liberty County as well as portions of Chambers and Harris counties.
Current Labor Rates (1 Hour Minimum Per Incident)
Remote Service – $140/hr*Â Â |Â Â Onsite/Depot Service – $140/hr**
* A minumum $30 discount is applied to residential remote labor charges
** A minumum $40 trip fee will be charged to locations more than 15 miles from our office
